About our Ringwood Fitness Centre
Specialising in Women’s Fitness
We wanted to create a gym and fitness centre in the heart of Ringwood that caters for women. Offering:
Nutrition Coaching. Personal Training. Strength Training. Support & Guidance.
Our goal was to establish a welcoming and supportive environment where women of all fitness levels could feel comfortable and motivated to pursue their health and wellness goals. We specialise in women’s fitness, however welcome all.
At our gym, we offer a variety of fitness classes and programs tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our members. From high-energy group workouts to one-on-one PT sessions, there is something for everyone.

Where are we located?
Our gym & fitness centre is in central Ringwood, conveniently close to Eastland Shopping Centre. We are on Station Street, just down the road from Ringwood Station, near to Ringwood Secondary High School. See the map below for our exact location.
Where to park
Early morning and evening parking is available directly opposite, at the train station car park. Free two-hour parking is also available nearby, or one-hour parking is available at the RSL.
Facilities
Our Ringwood gym is fully equipped with an extensive range of strength and functional training equipment to meet your unique training needs and goals, including a large, open area for classes, free weights, machine weights, and a running track.
We specialise in Strength Training, Group Fitness and Personalised Nutrition Coaching.
We keep our space flexible and versatile to accommodate our classes and coaching sessions, meaning no two weeks look the same!

Our large, fully carpeted area and running track provide flexible spaces for diverse sessions and formats. This allows us to offer a wide range of programming options to suit your personal fitness goals.

Community & Comfort
Enjoy our welcoming kitchen area where members can connect and relax before or after workouts. For your convenience, we also have two bathrooms and a change area stocked with body wipes and personal hygiene products.
