At Legacy Health & Fitness, our personal trainers deliver tailored programs built around your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level, whether you are just starting out or ready to elevate your training.

We specialise in women’s health and fitness, with a focus on strength, fat loss, mobility, and mindset. Training is offered in both 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 formats, providing the flexibility and personal attention needed to support lasting, sustainable progress.

Each session is customised. No generic plans, no guesswork. Just expert coaching, ongoing accountability, and a supportive, non-intimidating environment designed to help women move with purpose and build lasting confidence.

We offer a personalised 28-day program starting when you are ready. No lock-in contracts, just a clear plan, expert support, and results that make a difference.

Other options to access Strength Training at Legacy include our 6-Week Coaching Program, 12/24 Week Transformation Coaching Program or when you join as a Legacy Member (Bronze, Silver or Gold).
