Just before I started with Corinne I realised something had to change…

I knew I was becoming more unhealthy every year and I feared missing out on experiences the world had to offer.

After trying diets in the past and having multiple injuries to work around Megan knew she needed an approach that wouldn’t require excessive amounts of exercise or restrictive changes to her diet.

I hate gyms and I hate dieting so I eased into things by joining Corinne’s exercise classes first and then completed the 12 week Transformation Program.

I learnt how to feed my body lots of nutritious food so I still felt satisfied.

With help from Corinne I was able to set some achievable goals and the end result is a loss of 12 kg and 40cm all over.  I still can’t believe how easy it is once you start eating properly!”

After having 4 children my goal was to put myself first – to get fit and healthy again. 

I look back at the photos and can’t believe that was me! I say “was” because I actually feel like a different person now!

It’s hard to believe that in just 10 months Ange turned her life around.

Her WHY was strong. As a mother of 4 she felt she had lost her identity and wanted something for herself again.  She wanted to feel good in her skin and have the energy to keep up with her kids.  She was determined and she was ready to take back control.

12 months worth of committed effort in our Total Transformation Program (including Strength Training, HIIT and Nutrition Coaching and winning herself Runners Up Transformation Winner of the Year at the 2017 at the Metabolic Precision awards.

Using the foundation of her knowledge obtained she’s continuing to shine and going from strength to strength now certified as a Personal Trainer and competing in Ninja Competitions.

Dee’s fitness results | body transformation

The strength I have gained from lifting continually blows my mind!

Corinne is an awesome trainer that always makes me want to do better and push myself more with bigger and better goals!

When we first met Dee she wanted to get fit and learn how to manage her Type 1 Diabetes better.  After the birth of her 3rd child she felt sluggish and struggled to do one sit up.  She was tired of feeling “little” and “weak” and wanted to get strong, fit and build muscle.

For the next 2 years she consistently lifted and learnt how to fuel her body with the right nutrition.  Suddenly pull ups were no longer a dream of the future, and she realised her potential was limited only by the will of her determination and self belief.

Not only was she able to reduce the amount of insulin her body required but she also strengthened her mind and shaped her body into a lean mean NINJA MACHINE!

Pam’s fitness results | body transformation

No rigid food rules, no off limits foods – just the science behind what it takes to get results.

Pam lost 15.3kg in 7 months, that’s 70cm from her frame.  She’s so much stronger then she has been in years & regularly enjoys 20km hikes with her friends.

Vegan Transformation

Pam loves hiking and wants to climb mountains well into her 60’s! Hiking is her thing but she was worried about her knees.  With every passing year her weight was increasing & her legs were weakening.  She was frightened she wouldn’t be able to continue doing what she loved if she didn’t take control back over her health & strength.

Working full time and renovating her home she didn’t have hours to spend meal prepping.  She knew she had improvements to make with her vegan diet and wanted a sustainable change she could stick too while not feeling chained to the kitchen.

We identified that Nutrition coaching, combined with Strength Training would make up the cornerstone of her transformation. For her legs to continue climbing mountains she had to work on strengthening her weak knees and hips.  

Over the course of 6 months we worked closely together to address all aspects of Pam’s life.  Identifying habits, creating new routines, looking at her mindset & finally teaching her the basics of nutrition so she was empowered with the knowledge of how to eat in a way that builds strength, boost metabolism & supports fat loss flexibly.

Here’s what Pam had to say…

In 18 months time I will turn 60… I recently came to realise that I need to be stronger if I want to enjoy the rest of my journey on this planet.  So I sought out the help of Corinne 7 months ago with the hope of losing weight & gaining strength.

The greatest thing I have gained is an understanding of the nutrients and calories (energy) in the foods I eat and how the correct food can power my body & lose weight at the same time. I have learnt to eat foods which give me bang for my calorie buck – & I am surprised by how much I LOVE the healthier foods I am now eating.

This knowledge plus the mindfulness techniques which Corinne teaches has made me become more aware of my decisions in regards to eating & other areas of my life. I never thought I could change my eating habits, but I now have & know I will never revert to my old yo-yo dieting life.

I feel really comfortable working out in the home baseds & look forward to working out with the other girls who are all so supportive.  I am so much stronger & enjoy my favourite hobby, hiking so much more now.
