I  started with Corinne because I was hoping to get into shape for my European holiday. 

I am heading off on my holiday this weekend 30 kilos down, toned and feeling amazing thanks to Corinne.  I feel so much healthier and fitter and know what I need to do to keep in shape while still enjoying life.

So much support, that you just don’t get at most gyms.

Our desire for speedy weight loss is supported and encouraged by the diet industry, happy to take our dollars off our hands in exchange for our dream.

We are told to cut carbs, eat more/less fat, to quit sugar. A of myriad of confusing misinformation abounds and drives us to buy the latest diet, fat loss shake or meal plan.

We are disempowered instead of educated about the principles of holistic health that actually will help us get what we want – and keep it!

Just like fine wine, a transformation that is treated like a diet loses the essence of its appeal.  A good wine comes from taking time to let the flavours blend and evolve. Successful weight loss is the same.

A good transformation comes from gradual mastery over our habits, mindset, and our rituals for self-care and self-love.

Just like a fine wine, it cannot be rushed.

I have constantly struggled with my weight….

I fluctuated a lot in high school & tried many diets. I was pushed into doing something about my weight when I saw a photo of myself & hated it.

I joined Corinne after seeing the incredible results my mother-in-law had achieved with Corinne.  I took part in the cardio & strength training classes as well as the nutrition program (which helped me to identify & replace my poor habits).

I learnt that after many years of yo yo dieting I had damaged my metabolism. I was maintaining my weight at only 900 calories. With Corinne’s help I completed a structured ‘reverse dieting program’ & ended up eating 1500 calories a day & still lost 15kg!

It wasn’t about cutting more calories it was about choosing the right foods, exercising regularly – changing my habits.

I wasn’t even super strict. I still enjoyed some treats every now and then.

The program worked on an emotional level too as it helped heal my relationship with food & overall wellbeing. It allowed me to evaluate my life and make positive changes which I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do before.

Fiona’s fitness results | body transformation

Corinne’s nutrition classes helped me create my own healthy meal plans and opened my eyes to a greater variety of food. 

I was more aware of the nutritional choices that l was making and was provided strategies on altering lifestyle behaviours that impacted my results.

My goals involved physical changes to my body, like losing a few kilos and getting rid of a few lumps and bumps here and there, but also included mental challenges that l had wanted to overcome for a very long time.

With Corinne’s guidance and support l was able to be accountable for my goals and achieve them. I feel extremely comfortable working with her and the team.

I made a commitment to myself to work hard and feel proud knowing l have made the most of the opportunity.

Sue’s fitness results | body transformation

As a single mother and business owner,  I had little spare time.

I needed an approach that required the minimal (yet effective) amount of time for exercising and food preparation.

Sue decided 2019 was her year to turn her health around.  She was tired of seeing the scales creep up with every passing year.

A big thank you to Corinne for helping me to achieve my goal for 2019.

Since the age of 50 I have put on a kilo a year & at 55 it became 2 kilos a year.

The thought of entering my 60s the same way was scary. I was already uncomfortable & unhappy with the way I was looking.

I joined Corinne’s nutrition coaching program & found the accountability & support was exactly what I needed. As soon as a space became available I also joined her strength training program which I now love attending.  Being part of such a supportive environment makes exercising much easier & kick starts my day with a smile & feeling of confidence. I look forward to continuing my transformation together.

This journey has been nothing but amazing. 

I have learnt so much and achieved more than I ever had wished for.

September 2015 I started this journey. I had seen some of Corinne’s client results and decided I wanted to see for myself (who doesn’t want those abs?).

Emotionally and physically I was not in a good space. I looked for someone else to love me instead of loving myself and thought I had to eat less and exercise more to get the body I wanted.

This journey has been nothing but amazing. I have learnt so much and achieved more than I ever had wished for. Including a goal I set at the start of my second challenge – a photo shoot. It took me completely out of my comfort zone, which 8 month ago I would never have done. AND I LOVED IT.

Thank you Corinne for teaching me how to love myself, how to prepare myself week in and out to get the best out of myself. You are an amazing trainer and I would not have been able to achieve any of this without you.
