At 61, Jen wondered it it was too late to change…

Now she’s loving the strength shes built, not to mention the better relationship she’s built with herself.

Jenny sat on the chair opposite me and shaking her wobbly arms at me asked if at the age of 61 it was too late to get in better health and shape.

I answered her honestly and said Jenny no I don’t think it’s too late.

Just 6 months later Jenny and I were shedding tears as we looked at her results and the benefits of that the work was giving to her life. Jenny is doing things she’s never done before, learning new things and discovering that there was still so much more to be gained from investing in herself and her health.

Kirilie had witnessed Kirsten get off the diet merry-go-round and get in the best shape of her life and keep it, and Kirilie wanted to learn how!

Used to over-training and starvation detoxes to get into shape it was a challenge to change how she thought and going about creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle that required a balanced approach to nutrition and training but she was injured from over training and willing to learn and so she did.

I can’tcouldn’t believe how curvy and sexy weight training made me.

I have weeded out some habits that were holding me back and replaced these with other great options.  

 “ I always struggled with my nutrition, so understanding why certain foods are good for me was a really new experience. I can assure you, I will never return to my previous ways when it comes to food!”

Mum of 3 Sarah wanted to get back into shape after having kids. She put her energy into making better nutritional choices and training consistently, about 2 hours a week and got some incredible results in 12 weeks.

Some strength training was limited due to a knee reconstruction but even working within a safe limited range of motion she was able to gain the benefits that helped her get in such fabulous shape.

Kirsten showed me a whole new way of looking at my food and training that was sustainable and got the results I wanted.

 

I just love being a part of her community!

 

Just as Darlene has planned for her financial future she knew she needed a plan to take care of her future health now!

Always inconsistent with exercise except for her beloved tennis she was determined to add training to her life that would enhance the quality and longevity of her life.

She began taking care of her muscle health with two strength training sessions each and an intense cardio session a week. Her deep seated reason for staying active and healthy is to lead by example and to have a great quality of life now and into the future. She’s been a part of our community 4 years and loves the benefits of the training along with being a part of our team.
