Just before I started with Corinne I realised something had to change…
I knew I was becoming more unhealthy every year and I feared missing out on experiences the world had to offer.

After trying diets in the past and having multiple injuries to work around Megan knew she needed an approach that wouldn’t require excessive amounts of exercise or restrictive changes to her diet.
I hate gyms and I hate dieting so I eased into things by joining Corinne’s exercise classes first and then completed the 12 week Transformation Program.
I learnt how to feed my body lots of nutritious food so I still felt satisfied.
With help from Corinne I was able to set some achievable goals and the end result is a loss of 12 kg and 40cm all over. I still can’t believe how easy it is once you start eating properly!”
