I have constantly struggled with my weight….
I fluctuated a lot in high school & tried many diets. I was pushed into doing something about my weight when I saw a photo of myself & hated it.
I joined Corinne after seeing the incredible results my mother-in-law had achieved with Corinne. I took part in the cardio & strength training classes as well as the nutrition program (which helped me to identify & replace my poor habits).
I learnt that after many years of yo yo dieting I had damaged my metabolism. I was maintaining my weight at only 900 calories. With Corinne’s help I completed a structured ‘reverse dieting program’ & ended up eating 1500 calories a day & still lost 15kg!
It wasn’t about cutting more calories it was about choosing the right foods, exercising regularly – changing my habits.
I wasn’t even super strict. I still enjoyed some treats every now and then.
The program worked on an emotional level too as it helped heal my relationship with food & overall wellbeing. It allowed me to evaluate my life and make positive changes which I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do before.
