Corinne’s nutrition classes helped me create my own healthy meal plans and opened my eyes to a greater variety of food.
I was more aware of the nutritional choices that l was making and was provided strategies on altering lifestyle behaviours that impacted my results.
My goals involved physical changes to my body, like losing a few kilos and getting rid of a few lumps and bumps here and there, but also included mental challenges that l had wanted to overcome for a very long time.
