NDIS & Inclusive Training Support

Since beginning our work with NDIS participants two years ago, we’ve supported a number of local providers, families, and individuals through tailored one-on-one and small group personal training.

We offer flexible support for participants with NDIS self-managed or plan-managed funding, creating safe and empowering training sessions that meet each person where they’re at, physically, emotionally, and socially.

Whether the goal is to build strength, improve coordination, boost confidence, or simply enjoy movement in a supportive environment, we’re here to help.
While we’re not a registered NDIS provider, we work closely with self-managed participants and plan managers who handle invoicing and payments.

Our team has experience supporting individuals with:

  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Intellectual and physical disabilities
  • Mental health support needs
  • Functional movement, mobility, and motor skill development

All sessions are held in our Ringwood studio and can be adapted to suit individual needs, communication styles, and goals.

What is a Personal Trainer?

A personal trainer is more than someone who counts reps. They’re your coach, motivator, and accountability partner. Their role is to design and guide you through a personalised fitness program tailored to your current fitness level, lifestyle, and goals.

How long are sessions?

50 minutes each session, with time built in for progress tracking, program updates, and coaching support.

Where will the personal training sessions take place?

All personal training sessions are held at our Ringwood gym and studio—a welcoming, multi-functional space equipped for a wide variety of exercises, including private sessions.

What if I’m new to fitness?

Then you’re in the perfect place. Starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but that’s exactly why we created Legacy—a supportive, non-intimidating community that welcomes everyone. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or it’s just been a while, our trainers are here to guide you with expertise, encouragement, and zero judgment.

How many sessions will I need?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It depends on your goals, schedule, and starting point. Some clients benefit from weekly accountability, others from an intensive few weeks to kickstart progress. We’ll help you choose the right path for you.
