What does a nutrition coach do?
Answer: A nutrition coach will help to improve your health, body composition, or athletic performance by guiding your dietary habits. We look at macronutrients, such as protein, fat, and carbs; we assess your caloric intake, metabolism, and energy levels, and we consider your age, health, gender, lifestyle and goals.
Does a Nutrition Coach Make Meal Plans?
Answer: A nutrition coach doesn’t typically make meal plans. Corinne and Peta will develop a personalised approach to meet you where you are at and build your nutrition and dietary planning skills and knowledge. This includes sharing recipes and providing resources to enable you to create meal plans in the long term; a valuable life skill and essential to achieving sustainable results.
How much do you charge?
Answer: Our pricing ranges from $91 to $108 per week, depending on program length and level of support. This includes all workouts, resources, and personalised nutrition coaching – providing expert guidance and accountability for a fraction of the cost of seeing a dietitian and personal trainer separately!
Does health insurance cover nutrition coaching?
Answer: Some health insurance providers will cover it, but it will depend on your provider and coverage, so best to ask them.
