I’m a complete beginner – is this program right for me?
Answer: Absolutely! Our program is designed for women at every fitness level. We start exactly where you are right now and build from there. We modify workouts and nutrition plans to match where you are at right now, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one. Many of our most successful transformation members started as complete beginners.
How quickly will I see results?
Answer: Most women notice increased energy and improved mood within the first 2 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear around weeks 3-4, with significant transformation becoming evident by week 6-8. However, the most important changes – your mindset, habits, and relationship with food – begin immediately and create the foundation for lasting results that continue well beyond the 12 weeks.
What if I can’t make all the classes due to my schedule?
Answer: Life happens, and we’ve designed the program with flexibility in mind. Your unlimited class access means you can attend different class times throughout the week. The key is consistency, not perfection.
What exactly is included in my weekly coaching sessions?
Answer: Your one-on-one check-ins include: progress review and measurements (optional), personalised nutrition adjustments based on your results, workout modifications if needed, mindset coaching to overcome challenges, accountability and motivation, and planning for the week ahead. Think of it as your personal success strategy session every week.
I have dietary restrictions/food allergies – can you accommodate this?
Answer: Absolutely. During your initial assessment, we’ll discuss all dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. Your nutrition plan will be 100% customised to work with your restrictions while still achieving your goals. We believe healthy eating should work for YOUR life, not against it.
What happens after the 12 weeks – will I be able to maintain my results?
Answer: This program is specifically designed to teach you sustainable habits for life. You’ll graduate with a complete understanding of how to eat for your body, a proven workout routine you can continue, and the mindset tools to maintain your transformation. Many clients choose to continue with our ongoing membership, but you’ll have all the knowledge and skills to succeed independently.
